How do I sign up for an analyst one-on-one?

One-on-ones are available exclusively to paid registered conference attendees and are not available to ITxpo exhibitors or exhibitor conference session pass holders. Because of the high demand for these appointments, each attendee may reserve up to two one-on-ones, with a different analyst or consultant. Once prebooking opens, registration for analyst one-on-ones is available through Gartner Events Navigator (our online agenda-building tool).

Am I guaranteed the analyst of my choice in my one-on-one meeting?

All registered attendees have the exclusive opportunity to speak directly with up to two Gartner analysts in private 30-minute one-on-one meetings. Because of the high demand of particular analysts, sign-up is on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I sign up for a roundtable?

Roundtable sessions are available exclusively to paid registered conference attendees and are not available to exhibitors or exhibitor conference session pass holders. Because of the high demand and limited availability (up to 12 end users per session), we recommend you register in advance for these unique sessions. Once prebooking opens, registration for roundtables is available through Gartner Events Navigator (our online agenda-building tool).

Please note that certain sessions are restricted to end-user delegates only. Providers of IT services/products cannot attend these sessions. Please view the agenda when it is available to identify which sessions are “end-user only” and contact emea.events@gartner.com if you have any concerns about your status as an end-user or provider.

Is there a list of analysts who will be available at the event?

A full listing of analysts will be posted on Gartner Events Navigator as well as on the speaker section of the conference website in the upcoming months.

Are there any restrictions around analyst one-on-ones?

Organizations sending end-users to Gartner Symposium/ITxpo in Barcelona do have a limit of 12 one-on-one meetings per organization. Each one-on-one meeting booked by an individual must be with separate analysts.

In addition, one-on-ones are not available for vendor briefings or product demonstrations with analysts. The analyst reserves the right to stop the meeting if this situation occurs. Clients interested in briefing analysts may contact the Vendor Relations department and schedule a meeting following the event by emailing vendor.briefings@gartner.com

When will I have access to documentation?

Registered attendees will be informed via email as event documentation becomes available on Gartner Events Navigator. This email will include step-by-step instructions.

What is the CIO Experience at Gartner Symposium/ITxpo?

The CIO Experience is limited to eligible CIOs only. If you are a CIO and want to experience the exclusive luncheon keynotes, networking, workshops and other benefits, apply during the registration process.
