How do I register?

You can register by clicking on the Register Now button on the registration page or by calling +52 55 9171-1714.

 

What methods can I use to pay?

You may pay with Gartner event tickets, credit card or invoice with PO number. A Payment must be made prior to the event or it will be collected upon entrance to the event.

 

What is the cost to attend?

Register early for the lowest prices:

Early-bird registration fee (expires August 9, 2019): $15,700 mexican pesos + TAX

Standard conference registration fee: $17,825 mexican pesos + TAX

Public-Sector registration fee: $14,250 pesos + TAX

 

Gartner clients may contact their account manager for special pricing options or may use conference tickets as a form of payment.

 

Is there a bulk discount for large groups?

A group rate discount is available, depending on size of group. Click here to learn more about the Group Rate Discount.

 

What is included in the full registration price?

Registration fee includes conference attendance, documentation, a special evening event, breakfast, and lunch.Please refer to the "What’s Included" section of the website for more  information. 

 

What are the conference hours?

Gartner Data & Analytics Summit will begin Tuesday, September 10, at 8:00 a.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11.

 

 

 

How do I make my hotel reservations?

You must be a registered attendee to book your hotel room.

Are there special hotel rates for government attendees?

Gartner will be reserving a limited block of rooms at Hotel Camino Real Polanco at a discounted rate. Please contact the hotel directrly for reservation. More information here.

 

What if I am interested in exhibiting at the event?

Speaking opportunities are available for exhibitors who are sponsoring at the event. If you are interested in exhibiting, you will need to speak with a Gartner Solution Showcase representative. If you know who the representative is for your space, please reach out to them directly. How do I sign up for an analyst one-on-one?

One-on-ones are available exclusively to paid registered conference attendees and are not available to exhibitors or exhibitor conference session passholders. Because of the high demand for these appointments, each attendee may reserve only one one-on-one, with an analyst or consultant. Once prebooking opens, registration for analyst one-on-ones is available through Gartner Events Navigator (our online agenda-building tool).

 

Am I guaranteed the analyst of my choice in my one-on-one meeting?

All registered attendees have the exclusive opportunity to speak directly with one Gartner analyst in a private 30-minute one-on-one meeting. Because of the high demand of particular analysts, sign-up is on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

How do I sign up for an analyst/user roundtable?

Analyst-user roundtable sessions are available exclusively to paid registered conference attendees and are not available to exhibitors or exhibitor conference session passholders. Due to the high demand and limited availability (up to 12 end users per session), we recommend you register in advance for these unique sessions. Once prebooking opens, registration for analyst-user roundtables is available through Gartner Events Navigator (our online agenda-building tool).

 

Is there a list of analysts who will be available at the event?

A full listing of analysts will be posted on Gartner Events Navigator as well as on the speaker section of the conference website. View the speakers.

 

Are there any restrictions around analyst one-on-ones?

Organizations sending end users to this conference do have a limit of 8 one-on-one meetings per organization. Each one-on-one meeting booked by an individual must be with a separate analyst.

 

In addition, one-on-ones are not available for vendor briefings or product demonstrations with analysts. The analyst reserves the right to stop the meeting if this situation occurs. Clients interested in briefing analysts may contact the Vendor Relations department and schedule a meeting following the event by emailing vendor.briefings@gartner.com.

Are there any speaking opportunities at the event?

Opportunities to present are generally available at the Gartner events. Please fill out form here and a representative from Gartner Events will contact you.

When will I have access to documentation?

 

Registered attendees will be informed via email as event documentation becomes available on Gartner Events Navigator. This email will include step-by-step instructions.
