CIO Lunch: Know Yourself, otherwise the algorithm will!

Every day we are bombarded with information about the Future of All Things, we are in endless discussions about how the era of Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Immersive Realities, the Internet of Things, Blockchain and powerful Quantum Computing will dramatically transform the our society.
Experts say that these technologies will make people "unemployable", generating fears and the most diverse confusion, because they do not explain that the jobs that will disappear are directly connected with repetitive Hard Economy or Hard Economy activities.
These same villainous technologies in this old paradigm, rooted in the industrial revolution, are primordial for the emergence of new market dynamics such as: Economy 4.0, Digital, Circular, Sharing, Access, or simply Soft Economy or Economics. Light.
The technologies in this new paradigm free people from jobs where they are used as machines, enabling migrations to activities that privilege human skills, such as creativity, sharing, care, knowledge, curatorship, empathy, because through them it is possible to develop better and lighter matrices of knowledge. Professions, organizations and relationships.
This talk aims to reflect on migration scenarios for new economies through research by Ligia Zotini. It provides some insight into the technological and human developments that underpin these transition maps:

● The (almost paradoxical) paradigms that are dividing the world between Soft Economy and Hard Economy.

● The technologies responsible for migrating to Soft Economy.

● How are the Professions, Organizations and Relationships in Soft Economy.
