ITxpo will be open throughout the Conference.
How do I sign up for an analyst one-on-one?
One-on-ones are available exclusively to paid registered conference attendees and are not available to ITxpo exhibitors or exhibitor conference session pass holders. Because of the high demand for these appointments, each attendee may reserve up to two one-on-ones, with a different analyst or consultant. Once prebooking opens, registration for analyst one-on-ones is available through Gartner Events Navigator (our online agenda-building tool).
Am I guaranteed the analyst of my choice in my one-on-one meeting?
All registered attendees have the exclusive opportunity to speak directly with up to two Gartner analysts in private 30-minute one-on-one meetings. Because of the high demand of particular analysts, signing up is on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I sign up for a roundtable?
Roundtable sessions are available exclusively to paid registered conference attendees and are not available to exhibitors or exhibitor conference session pass holders. Because of the high demand and limited availability (up to 12 end users per session), we recommend you register in advance for these unique sessions. Once prebooking opens, registration for roundtables is available through Gartner Events Navigator (our online agenda-building tool).
Please note that certain sessions are restricted to end-user delegates only. Providers of IT services/products cannot attend these sessions. Please view the agenda when it is available to identify which sessions are for end user only and contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any concerns about your status as an end user or a provider.
Is there a list of analysts who will be available at the event?
A full listing of analysts will be posted on Gartner Events Navigator as well as on the speaker section of the conference website in the upcoming months.
Are there any restrictions around analyst one-on-ones?
Organizations sending end users to Gartner Symposium/ITxpo in São Paulo do have a limit of 12 one-on-one meetings per organization. Each one-on-one meeting booked by an individual must be with separate analysts.
In addition, one-on-ones are not available for vendor briefings or product demonstrations with analysts. The analyst reserves the right to stop the meeting if this situation occurs. Clients interested in briefing analysts may contact the Vendor Relations department and schedule a meeting following the event by emailing email@example.com.
When will I have access to documentation?
Registered attendees will be informed via email as event documentation becomes available on Gartner Events Navigator. This email will include step-by-step instructions.
What is the difference between documentation and the Events On Demand multimedia content?
The documentation includes all Gartner presentations available pre-event. This is available shortly before the event, and registered attendees will be sent this notification via email.
The Events On Demand multimedia content is included in the conference fee. The sessions on Events On Demand are from Gartner Symposium/ITxpo in Orlando, including keynotes and some analyst sessions. This content is searchable and includes transcriptions. The content is delivered online at GartnerEventsOnDemand.com and is available in its entirety about two to three weeks after the Orlando event.
