This bakeoff showcases the trends of cloud-native architecture and DevOps delivery. Cloud providers will demonstrate how their respective platforms enable developers to ship code in an agile manner while enabling observability of the systems for operators and how these roles work together to deliver on “Day 2” priorities for the business.

A powerful tool for understanding what Agile software development teams need to excel. Using this model, you can chart the course for a team, create alignment with management, and secure organizational support for improvement.
 
This workshop introduces the model using the Agile Fluency Game, a euro-style board game that simulates two and half years of Agile adoption. Participants will work in teams to play the game and gain new insights about how Agile software teams succeed.
 
Registration required, seating is limited to 75 attendees.
