The Gartner Events Navigator app is our own mobile device (smartphone and tablet) application that makes it easy for you to navigate and build your agenda and keep tabs on what’s happening while on-site. Download the app, sign in with the information you used on Events Navigator and you’ll be good to go. Also, you’ll receive push notifications while on-site to remind you of some of the key happenings.
Don’t forget to bring your business cards! You’ll have tons of opportunities to network with peers and solution providers, and it’s the easiest way to exchange contact information. If you have a smartphone or tablet, this will also come in handy, as your entire agenda can be organized with the Gartner Events Navigator app and viewed from most mobile devices.
In addition, we’ll have charging stations throughout the conference space. Bring your chargers so that you never have to go offline. For those of you traveling internationally, be sure to pack travel adapters. If you typically wear glasses or contact lenses, be sure to bring any backups you might own.
