Ingrid Rivera is the Director of Product Management for Seller Tools at Etsy. She leads the teams that created the new Etsy Seller App (ESA) using modern Flutter technology. This app enables millions of creative entrepreneurs to start, grow, and scale their businesses while on-the-go.

With more than a decade of experience in product management, Ingrid has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Her work at Amazon and her service of nearly 8 years in the United States Navy, deploying to Iraq and the Horn of Africa, have given her the skills and mindset to tackle challenges head-on.

Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University, and is an avid reader of sci-fi novels, a runner, and enjoys spending time with her family. She is passionate about being curious, innovative, and integrating different perspectives in product.
