Three years ago, Fannie Mae embarked on a Digital Transformation journey, which included application redesign to use cloud native capabilities, open APIs for the housing finance market to use, and a new way of operating our technology organization. In this session, we will discuss the operating model changes that enable Fannie Mae to operate in an agile way, at the speed of the cloud, stay compliant with our regulatory framework, react to strong market forces like the pandemic, and achieve the adaptability required to rapidly flex to market changes.
