Christopher Nardecchia

CHRISTOPHER NARDECCHIA serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Digital & Information Officer of Rockwell Automation (ROK), the world’s largest pure play industrial automation and IoT company. Before joining ROK, he served as Vice President and Global Divisional Chief Information Officer for Amgen, Inc., the world’s largest bio-technology company, where he created and executed a “raw material to patient” digital strategy. Previously Mr. Nardecchia worked with Pfizer, Inc. for more than 17 years, in process and product design, manufacturing, supply chain and technology positions. He helped integrate two multi-billion-dollar acquisitions, creating the world’s largest pharmaceutical company and helped launch several blockbuster therapies.

Chris brings P&L leadership (~$2 B) and extensive technology, business model / digital transformation, cyber-security / risk management, and M &A experience to a Board. In his role at Rockwell Automation, Mr. Nardecchia has strong strategic leadership, driving the company’s enterprise technology and digital strategy to drive accelerated global growth. He is charged with implementing a customer centric operating model to drive subscription, annual recurring revenue and “as a service” offerings. He has broad industry exposure and valuable experience in the areas of regulatory compliance, business continuity, strategic partnerships, manufacturing, software development and scaling companies for growth.

Chris also brings the benefits of service on the board of a digital technology startups Fluxa, Inc., (https://fluxa.io/#/home) and UnifyTwin, Inc. (UnifyTwin), participation in Rockwell Automation’s Technology sub-committee, advisor to the Boy Scouts of America and is active in the startup and venture capital community.
