Focus Groups: Developing the Gartner CIO Executive Effectiveness Diagnostic

Gartner is developing a powerful CIO executive effectiveness formula and diagnostic to help CIOs perform at the highest level of executive effectiveness. Getting input and guidance from CIOs ensures the diagnostic is truly powerful.
In this session we will present our proposed formula defining CIO executive effectiveness and the questions we are posing to produce a diagnostic CIOs can use to evaluate themselves and discover their strengths and areas that are not as effective. These traits can then be incorporated into a development strategy to support greater success and business impact.
Please attend this collaborative session to review and provide your perspectives to help us test our initial models and concepts so we can build highly effective content and tools CIOs can use to elevate their executive impact.
