Paul Hockel is a Technology Vice President and Head of Data & Analytics for General Dynamics Information Technology’s Intelligence & Homeland Security Division. Paul leads the Division’s data initiatives to help develop company strategy, monitor completion of organizational goals, and help enable our customers to achieve mission success.

Paul previously served as Senior Director and Program Manager for the US Battlefield Information Collection & Exploitation Systems - Extended (US BICES-X) Program, a $1B contract aimed at building international partnerships and facilitating the sharing of releasable intelligence to US partner nations. Prior to his current role, Paul served as an Intelligence officer in the USAF. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of San Francisco, a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University, and an Executive Master’s in Business Administration from University of Cambridge, England.
