Gartner cares about the health and safety of our community. We will continue to monitor COVID-19 and other health developments, and we will seek to comply with all local government guidelines. Join us in this effort by reviewing the below recommendations prior to attending the conference.
- We encourage everyone to be up-to-date with COVID-19 vaccination and boosters along with an annual flu vaccination to reduce the risk of serious illness.
- If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms please do not attend the conference.
- Please continue to monitor your health throughout the conference. Should you begin to feel unwell while at the conference, we will assist with finding a nearby medical facility.
- We will continue to monitor guidance from local governments and will communicate any changes to the above requirements directly to all registered participants via email.
Please consult airline and host country websites for any additional requirements relating to travel and entry.
What if something changes before the conference?
As the health and safety environment continues to evolve, we will communicate any changes or updates on our website, and inform registered participants via email no later than two weeks prior to the conference.
Will there be on-site COVID-19 testing available?
Gartner will not provide testing at the venue, but we will partner with local health officials to provide easy access to testing and medical care as needed.
What health and safety precautions will be taken during the conference?
Gartner remains committed to creating a safe environment for our community. Enhanced cleaning and sanitation measures will be in place across all venues and during all activities. In addition, hand sanitizer will be easily accessible throughout the venue, and face masks will be available upon request at the information desks.
