I received a phone call from someone saying they can offer me a room at a lower rate or at a different hotel. Is this a scam?
Gartner Conferences will always provide notice to attendees and exhibitors when using a third-party provider, such as George P. Johnson (GPJ), as part of the conference administration. Please note: Many of our exhibitors and attendees have been contacted by an organization called Exhibitors Housing Management (EHS) that claims to be affiliated with Gartner. This is a scam and Gartner is in no way affiliated with EHS. If you have registered as an attendee or exhibitor for a Gartner conference and you receive an email from a third-party provider claiming to be contacting you on behalf of Gartner Conferences, please contact the Gartner Conferences team at +1 866 405 2511 to verify the third-party provider prior to responding.
