Reimagining Performance Management for Today’s Business Environment
HR leaders have been relentlessly pursuing improvements to performance management. Many are focusing on improving both the quality and frequency of the performance feedback; and others are updating their processes to make them more informal and less time-consuming. Despite these investments, most managers continue to be dissatisfied with performance management; and 83% of HR leaders are still planning on updating their performance managements systems in 2019. To better drive impact, this session will explore how progressive HR leaders are disrupting legacy practices to identify and deliver what their employees and their businesses need most from performance management today.
