Gartner ReimagineHR Conference

November 8 – 10, 2021 | Americas | Virtual

Gartner ReimagineHR Conference is going virtual

After careful consideration and input from our clients, Gartner has made the decision to deliver this year’s conference virtually. While we were looking forward to bringing people together in person, given the uncertainty associated with the Delta variant and potential travel and safety challenges we believe at this time a virtual conference experience will provide the best opportunity to learn, engage and be inspired.

The Premier Conference for CHROs and Their HR Executive Teams

COVID-19 affected every segment of the workforce differently — as some are thriving, others are still struggling to recover, and HR leaders are faced with a new set of challenges.

As work shifts to a hybrid model, the workforce continues to diversify. As existing HR processes evolve to support this model, the risk of driving inequality across the organization — and damaging talent and business outcomes — continues to grow.

How can HR leaders meet the challenges of the new decade? At Gartner ReimagineHR Conference 2021, we explore these big ideas and deliver insights to help CHROs and HR leaders build the high-performing, equitable organizations of tomorrow.

Design new pay strategies

Learn how to drive increased performance with new pay strategies that are perceived as fair by employees.

Ensure fairness across the workforce

Explore how to build fairness in a hybrid working environment and as employees become more geographically diverse.

Create new DEI initiatives

Gain best practices in improving diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and also driving equity across the organization.

The best companies don’t win because they have more money or better technology. What’s important is that they’ve got the best people, managers and leaders in their organization. We can help CHROs get the most out of their people — attract, retain and develop them, improve management performance and set their leaders up for success.
