Abhii Parakh is Head of Enterprise Experience Design at Prudential, responsible for creating intentional interactions that solve for human needs, move business and customer aspirations forward and make lives better.

Abhii and his team uncover customer, advisor and client needs by listening for feedback across channels, designing exceptional and inclusive experiences throughout customer journeys, and empower retail prospects and customers with the tools and solutions they need to solve their financial challenges. His team builds, utilizes and democratizes access to enterprise-grade experience platforms like Design Systems, User-testing, Customer Feedback and Journey Management. Abhii also represents the customer and brand in Prudential’s transformation driving growth by fostering a customer-obsessed culture of outcomes.

Abhii has extensive leadership experience at the intersection of Digital, product-management, customer-engagement and innovation. Prior to joining Prudential four years ago, Abhii held marketing and customer experience roles at Citigroup including setting up their innovation lab, leading their affluent digital strategy and transformed the customer experience on Citi.com. Prior to Citigroup, Abhii delivered customer solutions at technology and consulting firms like Cognizant and SAP.

Abhii holds an MBA from Georgetown University and an engineering degree in computer science. He lives in Jersey City with his partner and daughters and enjoys painting and taking weekend excursions exploring towns in the tristate area.
