Amborish Baruah

VP Head of CX Analytics & Insights Enablement
Amborish leads the Customer Experience Analytics and Insights Enablement practice in Marketing with overall focus on US Businesses and specific accountability of Customer Experience analytics. As a part of this role, Amborish supports the development and execution of Customer Intelligence and Strategies including CX, Marketing, Information Enablement and Third-Party relationships for Marketing Analytics.

Amborish is an MBA in Finance and holds a master’s degree in Data Science from University of Chicago. He has over 17 years of work experience in Data Science across Financial Services, Banking, and Insurance. Amborish joined Prudential in 2021 to lead the Customer Analytics practice within Marketing where he built the team from start. His key contributions include establishing the CX ROI framework across US business and streamlining efforts for the Transformation Office.

Before joining Prudential Amborish worked in various leadership capacities in companies like GE Capital, Synchrony Financial and HSBC Bank.
