Currently, Liam Kelly manages the Gartner EMEA Advisory team in the Sales and Service Practice. In addition, for the past eight years, Mr. Kelly has advised senior B2B commercial leaders (Chief Commercial Officers/Heads of Sales/Heads of Sales Excellence/Operations/Enablement) at large enterprise and high-growth companies across industry and geography to apply proven best practice across a multitude of strategic commercial challenges. Most notably these include key account management, sales process, sales talent, sales enablement and navigating the more complex customer environment and the challenger sales. He does this through one-on-one thought partnership with senior leaders, facilitating discussion in client leadership meetings, presenting to wider management teams of 40-200+ people and strategic project management support.
