What methods can I use to pay?
You may pay with a Gartner Sales ticket, credit card or invoice with PO number. A payment must be made prior to the event or payment will need to be collected upon entrance to the event.
What is the cost to attend?

What is included in the full registration price?

What are the conference hours?
We will open registration at 6:45 a.m. on Tuesday, September 17 with breakfast beginning at 7:45 a.m. The conference ends at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 19.
How do I book my hotel reservations?

Are there special hotel rates for public-sector attendees?
Yes, government rates are offered at the Cosmopolitan or you may contact the hotel of your choice to ask about special government organization rates.
Are there any speaking opportunities at the conference?
There are speaking opportunities available for exhibitors who are exhibiting at the conference. If you are interested in exhibiting, you will need to speak with a Gartner exhibitor sales representative. If you know who the representative is for your space, please reach out to them directly. How do I sign up for a Gartner one-on-one session?
One-on-ones are available exclusively to paid registered full conference attendees and are not available to exhibitors or exhibitor conference session pass holders. Due to the high demand for these appointments, each attendee may reserve one private one-on-one with an analyst, advisor or consultant. Once prebooking opens, registration for Gartner one-on-ones is available through Gartner Events Navigator, our online agenda-building tool.

Am I guaranteed the Gartner expert of my choice in my one-on-one meeting?
All registered attendees have the exclusive opportunity to speak directly with one Gartner expert in private 30-minute one-on-one meetings. Due to the high demand of particular experts, sign up is on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I sign up for a roundtable session?
Roundtable sessions are available exclusively to paid registered conference attendees and are not available to exhibitors or exhibitor conference session pass holders. Due to the high demand and limited availability (up to 12 end users per session), we recommend you register in advance for these unique sessions. Once prebooking opens in August, registration for roundtables will be available through Events Navigator (our online agenda building tool).
Is there a list of analysts who will be available at the event?

Are there any restrictions around Gartner one-on-ones?
Organizations sending end users to this conference do have a limit of eight one-on-one meetings per organization. Each one-on-one meeting booked by an individual must be with different analysts.
In addition, one-on-ones are not available for vendor briefings or product demonstrations with analysts. The Gartner expert reserves the right to stop the meeting if this situation occurs. Clients interested in briefing Gartner experts may contact the Vendor Relations department by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a meeting following the event.
Registered attendees will be informed via email as event documentation becomes available on Gartner Events Navigator. This email will include step-by-step instructions.
