Ms. Rebecca K. Lively is the Deputy Director, 90th Cyberspace Operations Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. She leads over 250 military, civilian, and contractor cyber professionals in rapidly developing advanced capabilities that achieve priority joint military objectives across the warfighting domains.

Ms. Lively began her career as an attorney both in the private sector and in government with a focus on legal and policy issues relating to acquistions, intellectual property, and cyberspace operations. Her nearly fifteen-year career has blended the strengths gained from her Information Systems and Law Degrees with a focus on legal and policy issues related to cyberspace operations. Together with her husband, Alex, she has three children, Eleonora, Andrew, and Nicholas.
