How do I register for the conference?

There are three ways to register:

What payment methods do you offer?

Payment can be made by check, credit card or invoice with PO number. Gartner clients can contact their Gartner representative to inquire about using Gartner conference tickets as partial or full payment. Payment should be made prior to the conference.


What is the cost to attend?

What is included in the full registration price?

What are the conference hours?

The official conference hours are coming soon, but the conference will take place:

Are there any speaking opportunities at the conference?

Opportunities to present are generally available at Gartner conferences. Please fill out the form here and a representative from Gartner Conferences will contact you.

What is included as part of a virtual conference experience?

The virtual conference features guest keynotes, Gartner expert presentations, case studies  and interactive sessions facilitated by Gartner experts.

Do I need to preregister for any sessions?

Interactive sessions, such as roundtables, are available exclusively to paid registered conference attendees. Because of high demand and limited availability, we recommend that you register in advance. 

Can I chat with Gartner during the conference for real-time help? 

Yes. The Ask Us feature is available when you register and throughout the conference. You can find the “live chat” bubble at the bottom of each page. The Gartner Conference Portal also has an Ask Us button to help answer your questions.
 

How can I access the conference and navigate the sessions?

The Gartner Conference Portal is a one-stop shop for attendees to build their agenda and navigate sessions and activities. Registered attendees receive attendee communications prior to the start of the virtual conference with additional information on navigating the portal and how to build personalized agendas.
 

Is my attendance limited if I am not currently a Gartner client?

No. As long as you have fully paid your registration fee, you have access to all conference activities open to you along with Gartner session documentation.  
 

Are there limited attendee sessions that I need to sign up for?

Yes. You will need to sign up in advance for some sessions, such as roundtables. If you try to register for a session and it is listed as “full” or “closed,” there is still a possibility you can attend. Check the Gartner Conference Portal during the conference to see if space has opened up. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

What should I do before the virtual conference begins?

  • Complete your profile with your interests and priorities and you will be presented with recommended sessions to build your agenda.

  • Build your agenda from a live agenda page in the Gartner Attendee Portal and download directly to your Outlook calendar or iCalendar.

  • Register in advance for any roundtables you’d like to attend.

Am I able to purchase a copy of the attendee list?

No. Gartner does not post or sell attendee lists. For more details, please review the registration terms and conditions.

Please be advised that in the conference industry, we often come across fraudulent service providers that claim to be able to offer attendee lists or discounted passes. Gartner has not authorized anyone to contact you on our behalf, and we encourage you to avoid these attempts by not engaging with suspicious emails or calls as they are phishing scams. If you have been contacted by such a provider, please inform Gartner at ReportPhishing@gartner.com
