The Control Tower Shell implemented in the Gulf of Mexico in 2019 represented the first attempt at an integrated Supply Chain in their Upstream operations, and it was put in place 9 months before COVID and all that came with it. This talk is designed to share those lessons learned, and outline how the team was able to overcome them.
