Chuck is responsible for sourcing and supply management of all infrastructure hardware and services needed to enable capacity supporting Microsoft’s Cloud offerings globally. This portfolio includes servers, storage, and networking hardware inclusive of sub-tier assemblies, components and materials. During his five-year tenure at Microsoft, Chuck has scaled the supply chain to grow 20% annually to meet customer needs. He was instrumental in transforming the Sourcing organization to lead the migration from a “buy” to a “make” model, enabling strategic partnerships, as well as driving supply chain resiliency. Additionally, he is responsible for developing the Cloud Supply Chain’s early-in-career recruiting and talent development programs.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Chuck spent 20 years at Dell Inc and Johnson & Johnson in various operations and sourcing leadership positions, including 5 years internationally establishing global sourcing and supply management organizations.
