Jeffrey Bruce is the Program Manager for the Trusted Systems & Networks (TSN) Section at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland.

Jeff brings more than 30 years of national security, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Program Management experience to this role. He has served in multiple Program Management assignments within the Defense Information Systems (DISA); National Security Agency (NSA); and Brook Army Medical Center (BAMC). While serving in the U.S. Army, one of his greatest joys was serving as the Company Commander for the 1111th Signal Battalion, Site-R.
Jeff has been the recipient of multiple military and civilian accommodations.
Jeff is a native of Connecticut, currently residing in San Antonio, Texas. He holds a BS in Business Management from Arizona State University, BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Berklee College of Music, MS in Information Systems from Roosevelt University, and a Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity Leadership from the University of Maryland.
