Jens Lässig leads the Integrated Supply Chain Management organization in Nokia Operations and is based in Munich, Germany.

With extensive experience leading numerous supply chain disciplines, Jens has a proven ability to maximize the end to end process through a defined strategy and continuous innovation. He is passionate about increasing operational efficiency and transforming the supply chain for a more customer centric and digital service.

Currently, Jens is leading a multi-cultural team with over 630 employees from 31 countries and 58 locations. This organization leads Integrated Business Planning (IBP), digitalization and automation to have an end-to-end balanced customer and operational performance. It also manages the central inventories and material for Mobile Networks and Global Services Business Groups for hardware products, in addition to managing the Nokia software supply chain.

Jens’ team also drives best in class supply chain services for all market, product and business group segments and solution business and strives for continuous supply chain transformation for a digitalized and lean supply chain and service.
Prior to this role, Jens worked in several leadership positions in Global Operations at Nokia and Siemens. He has in-depth experience in Sales & Operations Planning and Inventory Management areas where he successfully drove process and IT changes into Integrated Business Planning. Jens has also led large corporate integrations between Nokia and Siemens and then with Alcatel-Lucent in these areas.

Jens holds a degree in technical cybernetic and automation engineering from Technical University Chemnitz (1991) and a degree of data system technology from the Siemens Academy (1993).
