Director, Integration & Operational Excellence
Kristen Sinke is Director of Integration and Operational Excellence at Corewell Health, a not-for-profit, integrated health system in Michigan.
Kristen joined Corewell Health in 2006 as a registered nurse in a post-operative cardiothoracic unit. There, Kristen grew from bedside nurse to the unit’s Nurse Manager, leading a team of 160 healthcare professionals in the organization’s only cardiothoracic and heart/lung transplant unit. In 2017, Kristen transitioned to Supply Chain. As Director of Value Analysis, she successfully built a centralized, system-wide Value Analysis program. In 2022, Spectrum Health and Beaumont Health integrated to create Corewell Health, and Kristen transitioned into her current role, leading integration work within Supply Chain.
In 2015, Kristen earned her Master’s degree in the Science of Nursing, specializing in Nursing Management and Organizational Leadership. Additionally, Kristen sits on the Board of Directors for West Michigan’s Mental Health Foundation, a not-for-profit organization focused on suicide prevention.
