Case Study: How AstraZeneca Put People First to Harness the Value of Digital Supply Chain Transformation

Supply chain organizations are increasingly focused on digitalization. However, many focus on digital technologies only, and often forget the critical role people play to achieve greater success in digital transformation. In this session, AstraZeneca will discuss why the key to realizing value from digital transformation is the people, who design, train, manage and use technology and associated analytics, and collaborate to make critical decisions based on the outputs. CSCOs and senior supply chain executives can learn from AstraZeneca how putting people first in their digital transformation instead of the technology can lead to greater success.
