Russell Shimp, Executive Director, currently leads Lenovo’s worldwide personal computing fulfillment teams covering all geographies globally to ensure the delivery of products and services to its customers as well as optimizing customer experience. A key focus of this role includes driving synergized digital reporting and business management processes across the seven global fulfillment teams to assure alignment, transparency, and efficiency.
Prior to assuming this role in September 2021, Russ also held multiple other operational and strategic roles across the supply chain to include leading functions in Procurement, Customer Experience, and Operations in his 18 years with Lenovo.
Prior to joining Lenovo, Russ also worked at IBM Corp. as well as Rockwell Automation. Russ holds a BSEE from The Ohio State University and a MBA from the University Akron.
