Tiffany joined REI in March 2015 as a Sr. Project Manager, leading the implementation of REI’s third distribution center, a Net Zero Energy and LEED Platinum building that opened in 2016 in Goodyear, AZ. She then moved into the role of Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Strategy Planning and Deployment, establishing alignment of key strategic priorities with Supply Chain and their cross divisional partners. Most recently, as Director of S&OP, Tiffany has been focused on establishing and implementing Sales and Operations Planning into supply chain and merchandising processes. Tiffany also has a passion for academic development of the next supply chain leaders. She runs REI’s Supply Chain Internship Program and sits on the advisory board serving the Western Washington University College of Business and Economics Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management program. Tiffany has both her undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management and her MBA from Arizona State University.
