Vincent Barre us the Head of Customer experience Engineering (CxE) In Johnson and Johnson. Vincent has accountability for the on-market performance of Johnson and Johnson products, as well as the Customer Experience Strategy for the Enterprise Quality Organization.

He started a career in Research and later moved into quality engineering organization to pursue his passion for the customer and using innovation for delivering perfect experience, at every interaction.

He received a BSME from Arts et Métiers ParisTech (France) followed by a master’s degree at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

He holds 25 US patents, most of which support and protect existing commercial products. He was published in Peer reviewed journals including ANTEC and Total Quality Management.
