Supply chain parties deserve predictable and accurate information about goods movement. The recent supply chain disruptions have raised a national awareness of the need for an ability to optimize existing assets through improved information exchange. To lay the groundwork for long-term supply fluidity and commercial benefit, the Biden Administration created a novel federal initiative, including stakeholders from both the public and private sector – Freight Logistics Optimization Works (FLOW). Done well, this initiative will support American businesses throughout the supply chain, using improved visibility throughout.
