Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Jennifer Hartsock is Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Baker Hughes, a GE company (BHGE). At BHGE, she champions and leads internal productivity and innovation, leveraging cloud-based applications and automation in manufacturing, while also leading a global IT team of ~2,000 focused on horizontal collaboration to drive business synergies. Prior to joining BHGE, Hartsock served as Chief Information Officer at GE Oil & Gas leading the global information technology team in driving simplification, acquisition integration, and innovative solutions in support of the Oil & Gas business. Before that, she served as Vice President & CIO for Cameron International. She also spent 17 years at Caterpillar in a variety of IT roles, including Group CIO – Construction Industries & IT Director for Manufacturing and Supply Chain. She is a certified Caterpillar Six Sigma Black Belt. Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from Illinois State University with a BA in applied Computer Science. Jennifer and her husband reside in Houston, Texas.
