How do I register for the conference?

What methods can I use to pay?

 

You may pay with a Gartner event ticket, credit card or invoice with PO number. A payment must be made prior to the event or payment will need to be collected upon entrance to the event. Please note, Gartner Symposium, Supply Chain and Digital Marketing tickets cannot be used for this conference.

 

 

What is the cost to attend?

 

  • Standard registration: $3,175
  • Public-sector registration: $2,650

 

Gartner clients may contact their account managers for special pricing options or may use conference tickets as a form of payment.

 

 

Is there a bulk discount for large groups?

What is included in the full registration price?

 

Registration fee includes conference attendance, documentation, a special evening event, breakfast and lunch.

 

What are the conference hours?

 

Gartner Tech Growth & Innovation Conference 2019 will begin Monday, June 3 and ends on Wednesday, June 5.

 

 

How do I book my hotel reservations?

 

You must be a registered attendee in order to book your hotel room. Find out more information on how to book your accommodation.

 

 

Are there special hotel rates for public-sector attendees?

 

Yes, government rates are offered at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego. You may contact the hotel of your choice to ask about special government organization rates.

 

 

Are there any speaking opportunities at the conference?

 

There are speaking opportunities available for exhibitors who are exhibiting at the conference. If you are interested in exhibiting, you will need to speak with a Gartner exhibitor sales representative. If you know who the representative is for your space, please reach out to them directly. If you are not aware of the representative for that space, call 1 800 356 4740 or email exhibit@gartner.com.

Opportunities to present are generally available at the Gartner events. Please fill out the form here and a representative of Gartner Events will contact you. 

 

 

How do I sign up for a Gartner one-on-one meeting?

 

One-on-ones are available exclusively to paid registered full conference attendees and are not available to exhibitors or exhibitor conference session pass holders. Due to the high demand for these appointments, each attendee may reserve up to two one-on-ones with a different advisor or consultant. Once prebooking opens, registration for one-on-ones is available through Gartner Events Navigator, our online agenda-building tool.

Am I guaranteed the expert of my choice in my one-on-one meeting?

 

All registered attendees have the exclusive opportunity to speak directly with up to two Gartner experts in private 30-minute one-on-one meetings. Due to the high demand of particular experts, sign up is on a first-come, first-served basis.

​Are there any restrictions around Gartner one-on-ones?

 

Organizations sending end-users to this conference do have a limit of eight one-on-one meetings per organization. Each one-on-one meeting booked by an individual must be with different experts. 

 

In addition, one-on-ones are not available for vendor briefings or product demonstrations with Gartner experts. The expert reserves the right to stop the meeting if this situation occurs. Clients interested in briefing analysts may contact the Vendor Relations department by emailing vendor.briefings@gartner.com to schedule a meeting following the event.

 

 

When will I have access to documentation?

 

Registered attendees will be informed via email as event documentation becomes available on Gartner Events Navigator. This email will include step-by-step instructions.
