If country code is required:
- After dialing the country code, you will hear a brief recorded message that states: “AT&T…enter the number you are calling.” This prompt is always available in English and sometimes an option in Spanish.
- Immediately at the end of the recording, callers should dial the second number (the hotline number), which is always a domestic toll-free line. The call will then connect to the hotline greeting with the appropriate language options.
If no country code is required:
- Dial the hotline number directly.
Note: some countries have more than one country code. This is usually due to carrier restrictions. Country codes can be verified directly through this link.
