As the new customer fulfillment and collaboration director, your priorities will vary depending on the state of the organization, industry and current supply chain maturity. In general, your mission is to deliver great service and excellence in customer experience to customers while meeting cost and inventory targets. To accomplish that, you must develop a clear understanding of customer wants and needs and build collaborative relationships with customers to ensure that your team has a clear understanding of its priorities. You also need to establish strong relationships with the commercial team and the end-to-end supply chain team.
