Summary

Gartner has analyzed IT infrastructure and operations maturity based on nearly 500 client self-assessments. The baseline average I&O maturity is 2.25 on a point scale of 0 through 5. Clearly, there is an urgent need to significantly improve the current state of I&O in most enterprises.
