Summary

Following our recent article on consulting skills, this article focuses on project governance, including implementation methodologies, the project charter, project team structure, and project manager skills. Like any business initiative, investment in the planning phase as well as ongoing governance is vital. ERP implementations are too often launched with insufficient planning, causing problems in later phases.
