The theme of this year's AIAG Autotech conference was Co-opetition: Creating Supply Chain Value. In his conference keynote, Dr Barry Nalebuff, co-author of the book Co-opetition, shared his thoughts on this fundamentally contradictory concept and provided real-world examples of co-opetition being successful and contributing to companies' bottom-line growth. This article provides feedback from the conference sessions, including global interoperability standards, initiatives, and highlights from the OEM Purchasing Leadership panel discussion.
