While many organizations are now global in nature, few have effectively globalized their HCM Platform for good reason. Privacy and legal concerns, diverse country level functional requirements and daunting change management activities oftentimes confound good intentions. Fortunately, a top life-sciences organization successfully executed a global HR transformation leveraging SAP HR, and they shared critical considerations with a sub-group of the SAP Peer forum during a productive round-table discussion on March 23.
