Aculocity: Promising Warranty Analytics Needs More Time To Settle Out

Aculocity wants to make a name for itself in the warranty market by capitalizing on nontraditional warranty analysis methods. The company feels the current ratio-based methods of measuring warranty problems are inherently flawed. Instead of using common industry metrics such as percent of sales or defects per thousand, Aculocity has developed a set of proprietary logarithmic algorithms for trend discovery of manufacturing and engineering defects.
