Many industrial companies have moved to centralized organizational models. Others remain decentralized or merely as holding companies. In the middle, we see diverse, industrial-driven manufacturers wanting to keep autonomy and accountability in their business units, while taking advantage of cross-business synergies and scale at the same time.
