89% of supply chain leaders evaluate their network design at least once per year. These same leaders state that aligning their supply chain strategy with their business strategy is their greatest challenge. Network design has evolved as a differentiator to enable this alignment. This article summarizes the recent Supply Chain Peer Forum Summit, where members discussed how network design is being used to enhance value and facilitate their supply chain transformations.
