Summary

Customer-facing initiatives are the top priority for many CP companies, and service providers are playing a key role in implementing core processes and technology. We evaluated service providers in five critical categories. While the service providers evaluated would deliver value on any of the five initiatives assessed, the leaders emerged when organizations integrated these projects at a strategic level.
