Summary

Project teams are usually forced to write an ROI estimate as part of the capital approval process, but too many companies are content with these easy-to-quantify savings that amount to the cost of the system each year. MES offers a wide range of benefits, and users that stop seeking benefits when projected paybacks are met are leaving money on the table.
