Like many Supply Chain Event Management (SCEM) vendors, BridgePoint provides global supply chain visibility of asset flow through its logistics-oriented software. However, unlike the majority of the other vendors, BridgePoint recognizes that data quality problems will interfere with most of today's supply chain visibility efforts. BridgePoint has taken the approach that ensuring data quality must be fundamental to the software and the services provided. With blue-chip companies like Walmart, Proctor & Gamble, Apple, and Xerox as clients for its global supply chain visibility applications, BridgePoint has already shown its mettle in SCEM with monitor, notify, and measure capabilities. They now also want to be a recognized leader in solving data exchange issues between clients and their trading partners.
