Five Warning Signs That Your ASP of Choice Is in Decline

The demise of an ASP is not usually quick; it can take several months to start showing signs of failure. For publicly traded ASPs, though, the signs are easier to detect, as enterprises can check their financial statements held in the public domain. Unfortunately, privately held ASPs can hide adverse financial information, making their solvency difficult to ascertain. Additional funding for staying afloat is also becoming increasingly rare, as venture capital firms have slowed ASP investments and are giving delivery models closer scrutiny than in the past.
