A single Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system simply does not exist. It is not something you can, let alone should, go out and buy in its entirety--no one vendor can provide you with every single piece of the puzzle today. Integration is therefore key. AMR Research has identified five principles of SRM that must be considered when assembling integrated supplier-facing processes and systems.
