Industri Matematik International's (IMI) reorganization hits all the major trouble spots--departure of Chief Operating Officer (COO) John Geraci, assumption of COO duties by long-time CEO Stig Durlow, and restructuring of operations, including staff reductions, to get to profitability. The changes are part of an ongoing story of decline that shows up in a steady stock price fall from a high of just over $15 per share last March to $1 today.
