In supply chain management, the value proposition includes a full range of consulting, system implementation, and integration services. Products can be a consultancy's own or selective others, such as SAPR/3 or components from i2 Technologies. Heyde AG's Warehouse Management System (WMS) product, marketed under the HELAS brand name with the tag line "a packaged product offering a custom solution," has two forms. HELAS/3, built using SAP's ABAP toolset, is designed to replace the WM module in R/3, whereas the alternative HELAS product has been engineered in Oracle Tools. Both are positioned as Tier 1 systems and have been implemented in a combined total of 270 sites in 14 countries. It should be noted that Heyde has some 140 ABAP developers that can be deployed as required.
