TranScape, a division of Pitney Bowes, Inc., launched Desktop Express, a new desktop software product that allows users to access a variety of shipping functions for documents and parcels through a common browser. Users can rate, ship, and track shipments and quickly identify the most appropriate services from particular carriers like Federal Express, United Parcel Service, Airborne, DHL, or USPS.
